Client, a single mother, was arrested and charged with Battery Constituting Domestic Violence. Through pre-trial investigation, Attorney Tomsheck was able to reveal that allegations upon which his client were arrested were false, and designed to give the alleged “victim” an upper hand in a family court custody proceeding. In the end, the client was allowed to plead guilty to a reduced charge and received probation. Outcome: Probation.
