Attorney Tomsheck is a former Chief Deputy District Attorney, where he was assigned to the Major Violators Unit of the Clark County (Las Vegas) D.A.'s Office, specializing in violent felonies involving firearms. He has argued cases all over Nevada, including appearing numerous times before the Nevada Supreme Court.

Josh’s experience includes serving as the lead trial attorney in the most serious of cases, including Capital Murder, Murder, Attempted Murder, Kidnapping, Robbery, Drug Charges including Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, Habitual Criminal and Gun Crimes. Josh has also litigated, and taken to trial, dozens of cases involving drunk driving or domestic battery charges.
